YWFL Series Metal Sheet and Pipe Combination Laser Cutting Machine is a perfect laser machine with pallet changer and protective cover. You gain the best of both with the most up-to-date technology.
It adopts China famous Raycus laser device(option: IPG or nLIGHT brand). Equipped with efficient transmission system by Taiwan gear rack after grinding process and high-precision linear guide. Advanced automatic CNC system, group into high precised CNC fiber laser cutting machine.

COOLING SYSTEM
When laser head cut metals, there will produce some hot energy in laser head and laser device. Water chiller is for cooling this two parts. Laser head part, mainly cooling the mirrors. Temperature in the water chiller is auto adjustment, mainly set up with 25 degree around.
Water in chiller should be pure water.

ATLANTA RACK & PINION
The grinding rack with brand new precision level meets the demand of energy conservation because of less friction loss.
It has smaller total pitch error per meter, therefore the reduction of total pitch error in whole axis improves the accuracy of the entire device.

MACHINE STRUCTURE
X-axis beam is Casting aluminum alloy structure, machine bed is casting structure, it can make sure long time machine bed not out of shape. Work stable is very important for the machine performance after long time using.A heavier frame means less vibration and better accuracy. Auto changing pallet system allows over 1800kg loading weight.
SHUTTLE TABLE
Automatic shuttle table for faster loading materials and offload finished parts, dramatically save overall cycle time without a laser sitting idle for prolonged periods, no need to wait for operators to load sheets and unload parts.
PNEUMATIC CLAMPING CHUCKS
The pipe cutting unit has two automatic pneumatic chucks with strong clamping claws, and two tube supports to guarantee long tube cutting accuracy. When tube fabricators need to cut special-shaped tubular product, customized fixture tool is needed.
