Inspection in operating:

 When the generator set is on the normal working hours, gas engine water temperature and oil temperature is not more than 95℃, oil pressure should be in the range of 0.25-0.35 Mpa. Pay attention to these changes when the generator set is on working. When the data excess the value, a part of load should be unload or stop generator set for inspection.

 Be ready to check the pipeline of gas engine, such as leakage, which should be repaired promptly.

 Observe the gas engine exhaust gas color. When gas engine running at full capacity under normal circumstances, the exhaust fumosoroseus have slightly green gray.

 Water, oil or metal objects are not allowed access to internal generator set.

 If the generator set have unusual phenomenon and need to power off or shut down immediately, pull the “emergency  stop” button or “hand-stopping” button.

 In the process of operation, it is need to record the measurement readings, the ambient temperature, operation time and downtime, the reason of stop as well as result of inspection and repair, etc.

Frequent malfunction and disposal measures:

Please stop the generator quickly once encounter the problem as follows during the running, increased and reduced the power load. (Turn off the key, cut the gas supply and iginition power supply)

1. Oil pressure lower than 0.15 Mpa

2. Water temperature higher than 90℃

3. Frequency continuously exceed 30 seconds and higher than 52Hz

4. Battery voltage lower than 24V.

Problem Processing Method:

1. Check the oil level to see if it needs filling

2. Check the water tank to see if it is enough

3. Check the load increased and decreased whether according to the requirement of generator

4. Battery should be charged for 24 hours, if it can’t reach 24V, it should be cahnged.

 

If the generator set can’t start normally, please check the items as follows:

 Whether electric-key start too long (over than 15 seconds) but not pressing the start button

 Check if the gas connecting joint connects closely

 Check if the outside circuit connecting is liable

 Check if the battery voltage is normal

 Check if the high voltage winding is damaged and connected normally

 Check if the gas pipe explosion-proof is closed

 Check if the mixer and electronic speed governor actuator connecting is liable

Problem Processing Method:

 Cut off the battery power supply and connect it again

 Reset the protection device

Charging or replace the battery
