Petroleum coke processing and grinding process flow:

The qualified materials after crushing are uniformly, quantitatively and continuously fed into the main grinding room for grinding by a variable frequency belt feeder. The ground material is sent into the powder selection machine for classification by the fan airflow. Under the action of the analyzer, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re grinding, while qualified materials flow through the pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection. The finished powder is discharged through the discharge device. The separated airflow enters the fan through the upper return duct of the cyclone powder collector. The system operates under positive and negative pressure, and the equipment is equipped with a pulse dust collector.

With adjustable output sizes, it can process potash feldspar into various grades of powder required for different applications. Commonly used products and their fineness specifications include:

Glass production (5-25 μm) - Coarser powder acts as a flux agent to lower the melting point of glass.
