Usage Method
1. The vault grouting can be started 2 hours after the concrete pouring of the tunnel lining is completed
2. Clean and install mixing and grouting equipment
3, according to the mix ratio (weight ratio) preparation: water: powder =0.18:1
4. Put all the weighed single pot into the mixer with water at one time, stir the mixer at low speed, then add all the powder of the weighed single pot and start the vibration motor, stir for half a minute, turn off the low speed, and scrape the dry material attached to the wall of the mixer into the bucket with a scraper; Cover the bucket and open the high-speed mixing gear. After 3 minutes of high-speed mixing, you can put it into the grouting machine and start grouting.
5, if the suspension time of grouting is more than 20 minutes, the stirred slurry should be used after mixing again!
Note: If the stopover time is too long, the slurry that cannot be restored by stirring can not be stirred again with water!
