Usage Method
1. Preparation before construction:
(1) Clean the surface of the track foundation, 24 hours before grouting, the surface of the track foundation should be fully wet. 1 hour before grout, water should be drained.
(2) Set the template according to the grout construction drawing, and the template shall not leak out.
(3) If there is a running slurry phenomenon in the grout, it should be treated in time.
2. Add 3.7kg ~ 4.0kg of water to every 25kg of "New Huilian" grout material.
3, the track slurry material grouting, the process should meet the following requirements:
(1) When the track cement is grouting twice, it should be grouting on one side until the other side overflows, and it should not be grouting from four sides at the same time.
(2) After the grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
(3) Vibration is strictly prohibited in the grouting process, and bamboo slats can be used to pull the diversion if necessary.
(4) Each grouting thickness should not exceed 150mm, when the grouting layer is less than 30mm, corresponding auxiliary measures should be taken or other types of materials should be used.
(5) The vibration of the operating machine shall not be transmitted to the foundation of the equipment preparing the grouting.
4, the initial solidification time of new Huilian track cement grouting is about 3 to 4 hours.
