Refrigeration Energy-saving Desiccant Rotor : PSS-S
PSS-S is a new generation of desiccant rotor with higher performance and cost-effective.
PSS-S dehumidification performance is better than regular PSS under the same condition of airflow, temperature and moisture of process air, regeneration temperature and humidity ratio of regeneration air.

1.Enhance Adsorption Performance (10%-15%)
A smaller size of desiccant rotor is available .
Compared with normal silica gel desiccant rotor on the market, Under the same working conditions, because PSS-S has a very high performance dehumidification capacity, it is a smaller size than regular rotor.
2. Energy-saving
Save 25% ~ 40% of the total operating cost of system.
3. Wide Range of Application
(1) Normal humidity 10% ~ 40% application,Regeneration temperature 90℃ ~ 150℃
(2) Low dew point application，can reach to -50℃ ~ -75℃
4. Unique Composite Materials
All materials are developed independently by Puresci Material R&D Lab for several years.
5.Water Washable
The desiccant rotor can be washed by water and mild detergent.
6. Professional Surface Processing
Adopt international standard environmental paint with water-resistant, high temperature resistance, strong weather resistance, anti-corrosion, no odor and high hardness.
7. Variety Construction
It is recommended that using the split type for diameter ≥ 2200mm, due to delivery conditions. It's easy way to assemble upper and lower parts on site.
If the space for delivery or assemble is limited, the rotor can be split into small pieces in the shape of fans.
Products Structure and Dimensions
Besides standard dimensions (Diameter and Thickness), non-standard rotors can be customized according to customers' requiremens, such as 50mm, 100mm and 150mm.
The bearing can be customized according to customers' requirements if the bearings in the following picture are not your choice.
