We are industry and trade integrated company located in Dongguan ,China. Specialized in zinc alloy more than 10 years,have more than 100 workers.

2.How to Make sure your zinc alloy quality is high ?

We are using the latest High speed Germany brand polishing Machine.We will do profession maintenance every half a Year and washing the Machines after each time using.

3.How many machines your factory have ?

We total have 35 machines, Including 6 die-casting machines,two injection molding machines, 2 spark machines, 3 grinding machines, 4 milling machines, 16 polishing machines, 2 automatic polishing machines.

4.How many Quality inspector you have ?

1) We have 5 production Line, Each production line have 2 QC, They will Check the Quality on the Production Line. 

2) We have 3 Quality inspector in Warehouse, Before the cargo leave our warehouse to Client. They will Random checks the Cargo.If found problem, they will reject the cargo send out.

5.What is your Quality Assurance Terms?

1) When you confirm order, we will send the final design to you to confirm the design.

2) After design, We will make a sample and send to you. When you confirm the sample, We will make mass production according the sample, The Sample will as the mass production standard.

3) If you received the Cargo,it’s not same as the sample, And the blame is On Our side, We will charge it and discuss the Solution.

6.Confidentiality principle?

We Will Keep All Our client Design ,logo and sample On our Archives, And never show to the similar Client.
