There is air in the water pipe, which results no or little water from the outlet water pipe when the engine is working and causes high temperature of water.



Loosen the joint of termometer on the outlet pipe, exhaust the air until the water canflow fluently, then tighten all the joints of the water pipelines.

Low pressure of cooling water:


(1)Low water level


(2)Block of cylinder water heat exchanger or radiator


(3)The air enters the system from cylinder water pump suction point


(4)The pressure cap is damaged or incorrect


(5)The pressure meter isn’t accurate.


(6)The line of pressure meter is blocked or the valve is closed


(7)The leak of water pump seal


(8)The water-cooled exhaust manifold gasket is burned


(9)The water-cooled exhaust manifold gasket is broken



(1)Add coolant


(2)Clean or replace
