1. 2SK series water ring vacuum pump product overview:
2SK series water ring vacuum pump and 2SK-P1 series two-stage water ring vacuum pump-atmospheric jet pump unit are used to extract air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble, and solid particle-free gases in order to obtain a higher vacuum in a closed container. It is widely used in vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum rehumidification, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying and vacuum smelting in the food, weaving chemical, pharmaceutical and metallurgical industries and electronics. It has the characteristics of high vacuum, high pumping speed in the high vacuum area, compact structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
2SK series is suitable for working conditions with suction pressure lower than -0.08MPa. 2SK-P1 series is suitable for working conditions with suction pressure lower than -0.096MPa. When equipped with an atmospheric pump, the ultimate vacuum can reach -750mmHg. The working vacuum range is -0.03---0.08MPa.
2. Working principle of 2SK series water ring vacuum pump:
2SK series water ring vacuum pump is a two-stage single-acting water ring vacuum pump. It uses the structure of eccentric installation of pump casing and impeller. When the impeller rotates, the direct-connected vacuum pump forms a water ring eccentric to the impeller, which is filled with water between the blades. As the impeller rotates, it continuously makes periodic reciprocating motion between the blades. The volume between the blades is changed, and the suction, compression and exhaust functions are completed under the corresponding cooperation of the fixed suction port and exhaust port. The function of the two-stage is that the gas discharged from the first-stage exhaust port is sucked into the second-stage suction port, and then discharged through the compression of the second stage. The function of the second stage is to reduce the exhaust pressure of the first stage to improve the suction limit vacuum of the first stage.
This model of two-stage water ring vacuum system is made into a coaxial two-stage pump in series. The airway between the two stages is composed of an intermediate basin and a connecting pipe, so the structure is relatively compact. The rotating part is composed of a shaft and two-stage impellers, and the fixed part is composed of an inlet and outlet machine base, two pump rings and a gas distribution plate, and a bearing bracket. The transmission of the motor and pump parts uses a shaft pump and a motor installed on a common base.
