- Width of belt: 600mm, 1000mm, 1200mm
- Can make 0.1g chips with nails and chocolate buttons. But different size products need to change distribution plate.
- Depositing speed: 8~12 time per minute.
- Control way of depositing head: pneumatic or servo two types.
- Hopper: SS304, Double jacket hopper with a separate hot water tank to supplier warm water.
- Belt: Food grade PU belt.
- Designing principle is easy to clean, belt supporting plate and belt supporting roller are easy to remove. At the end of cooling tunnel there is a scraper to clean the belt. Scraper material is stainless steel.
- With rectifying device to avoid belt off tracking .
- Cooling tunit: Copeland (Emerson) compressor.
