Daily maintenance of Huayao electric drilling rig:
1. The motor part of the drilling rig should be handled carefully to avoid rain and splashing.
2. The motor wire connector must not come into contact with the power supply.
3. Regularly check whether the steel wire rope has been replaced.
Check the connection of each part of the oil pipe, whether there is oil leakage, and whether the oil level is normal.
5. Before and after use, lubricate the drill rod head with oil and place it in a rain shelter to prevent rusting.
6. The motor shall not be overloaded for a long time.
When the motor is not working, check the circuit and transformer fuse.
8. It is strictly prohibited to continue pressurizing the cylinder when it rises or falls to the end of its stroke.
During the period when the drilling rig is not in use, the water in the water injector and pump should be drained in a timely manner, and the connection with the drilling rig should be disconnected and stored separately.
