A: Yes, free sample is available and the air charge will be paid by your esteemed company or negotiable.


 


3. Q: How is your packing?
A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden crates (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner for Prefer Countertops. And seaworthy wooden bundles for slabs.


 


4. Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit by TT, balance to be arranged before shipment.


 


5. Q: What is your MOQ?
30 slabs per color per thickness, for colors in stock, no MOQ limitation.


 


6. Q: What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP after order confirmation.
