We make samples for customers to see the final product and check the quality. After the sample being confirmed, our sample-making technicians will go to the bulk production workshop to guide and supervise.
Every production procedure, i.e. cutting, sewing, lasting, assembling, and packing has its own on-line quality inspector. We do 100% inspection before packing, and AQL 2.5 inspection after production finished.Third-party inspection, e.g. SGS or Intertek can also be arranged if needed.
