1. How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 8 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we can regard your inquiry priority.
2. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we offer sample service, for a customized sample, you need to pay the sample cost and shipping cost.
3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, PSD, and CDR are ok for us.
4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have professional designers, who can well understand customers' designs and switch to production, and can also help customers to make designs according to their ideas.
5. How soon we can get a sample?
After all the material & design are confirmed, the sample time is 5 days and Express delivery usually needs around 5-7 days.
6. How about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 2~4 weeks.
7. What trade terms and payment policy are you provided?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU, etc. 30% T/T deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. Western Union, Paypal, or Credit Card for small amounts of payment.
