What is molded pulp ?
Molded pulp is to use renewable plant resources such as wheat straw (or reed), bagasse ,bamboo , other plant fiber and paper board etc to produce various fiber daily necessities, such as molded pulp tray, molded pulp box, molded pulp tableware,etc. Widely used in gift,food,skincare, cosmetics, electronics, alcohol and many other industries. 1.What kind of products do you make?
A:We mainly design and produce molded pulp packaging.
1). Traditional dry press type made from recycled corrugated paper, usually for protective purpose during transportation, like
wine shippers and egg trays;
2). New high-end type made from sugarcane bagasse, with very smooth surface.
2.Are your pulp products 100% biodegradable?
A:Yes, our pulp products are really biodegradable within 90 days in soil. They are basically plant fibers.
3.What raw materials are used for your biodegradable molded pulp packaging? And what colors are available in this packaging area?
A:Usually four materials: sugarcane bagasse, bamboo pulp, wood pulp and recyclable paper. We mix them according to the product
usage and customer’s request. Colors for molded pulp packaging are usually white and brown. If customers need to match other
colors, we could custom for them .
4.Can we use our own logo and design ?
A:We provide FREE design drawings based on customers' ideas or products. You can just send us details of your products like
dimensions, pictures, or actual samples, then we can make the custom design based on your requirements. It only takes about 2-3
days.
5.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:1).Stock sample will be free.
2).Customized sample will depend on your size and processing .
6.What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
A: It'll take 30-35 days normally. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets,or follow your
requirements.Shrink wrapping is available as per request .Then the cargos will bedelivered via sea or air.
