A2: Of course. We usually provide samples for free, but there is a charge for some custom design of the logo. The sample fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.

A3: Usually our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, but we accept a lower quantity for your trial order.
Q4: How many colors are there?
A4: Tell us the pantone color code you need and we'll match it.
Q5: Can I print a logo or company name on the product or packaging?
A5: Of course. Your logo or company name can be printed, etched or decked on your product or packaging.
Q6: What format files do you need if I want my own design?
A6: Usually provide AI, cdr, PDF or JPG, etc.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A7: Our normal payment terms are T/T 30% deposit after the order is signed and 70% before delivery.
