spraying coating line
This machine with sugar melting and sugar spraying part. Mix sugar, water and oil with certain ratio then put into sugar melting tank, with certain setting temperature (normally 60℃),It will mixed well with mixer stir. The function of mixer stir is to melting quickly and stable. After mixed well, it will be liquid, through a tube it will be convey to spray system. Then through the screw pump presser, liquid will be vaporific, then go to tomizing nozzle, it will spray well.
