Solar Pump System Introduction

The solar pump system is mainly composed of solar panel, solar pump inverter, water pump, PV combiner boxe, mounting bracket, cables , water level sensor and other necessary accessories. The photovoltaic generation technology is used to solve the problem of power supply and water supply on the spot. The initial investment cost is less than 2KM and the long-distance erection grid. The comprehensive cost is lower than diesel generator after two years of continuous working. It is widely used in photovoltaic agricultural irrigation, irrigation station reconstruction,household water supply and desert greening,where there is no electricity or insufficient electricity supply.
The photovoltaic array is made up of many solar panels connected in series and in parallel, and the solar energy is converted into electric energy by absorbing the solar radiation energy to provide power for the solar pump system;
The solar pump inverter transfer the solar DC to be AC, drives the water pump to supply water, with the functions of MPPT maximum power tracking, water level control, AC/DC switching, fully automatic operation, etc., to control and adjust the whole system operation;
The solar pumps are deep well pump, submersible pump, horizontal centrifugal pump, vertical multistage centrifugal pump, driven by single-phase or three-phase AC motors, pumping water from deep well, river and lake, injecting pool or tank, or agricultural irrigation and domestic water supply.
The mounting bracket provides fixed and supporting for the solar panel. It is installed at the best angle according to the latitude of different regions to achieve the maximum power generation efficiency of solar modules. It has good performances of earthquake resistance, wind resistance and corrosion resistance, and solar panels can be installed on the roof,or the ground.
The accessories are mainly DC and AC cables, water pipes, sensors for control water level, wire rope for hanging deep well pump, multimeter for measuring current and voltage, MC4 connectors, filter, reactor, etc.
