Step 6, Seller will be responsible to supply BOS, POA, deletion certification etc.
Step 7, Purchaser completed registry.
Q4:What is Payments methods？
A4:The broker charges should be paid to our account 3days after deposit received.
Other Services charges should be paid in advanced.
Q5:When to delivery？
A5：According to MOA. The seller should give 20, 10, 7,5,3,2,1 days notice to purchaser. If everything is ready to deliver the ship. One copies of written notice to readiness should be submitted to purchaser. The purchaser’s representative will sound the bunkers and L/O on board and Confirmed by each other. After all payments received by seller, The ship can delivered to purchaser.
