The good quality raw materials makes the good quality products, we choose the premium acacia wood from our sub-supplier, our Department of Quality Assurance will check all the raw materials upon received them, once raw materials can match with our standard, then can be stocked in our workshop, otherwise, all of them will be returned to sub-supplier & sub-supplier pay all the cost. Raw materials then been cut into relevant dimensions based on client's requests, like following video shows.
CNC machine manufacturing to make sure the precise size.
We will use the CNC machine to handle the first time manufacturing process to make the boards same like the design of relevant order.
There are several cutter head can be used when producing the wooden boards, we can customized the dimensions, juice collection channel, handle, holes, etc.
With more than 10 years of manufacturing experience, our production master knows well about how to process the producing with less raw material waste, professional design of cutting procedure also can make the process more time-saving to lower the cost to clients.
Well-polished
Each of the acacia wood cutting boards will be well-polished with different kinds of sandpaper, from rough to fine ones to make the boards with a good smooth surface.
For those corner and those part difficult to polish, such as the juice collection channel, these will be polished by hand, step by step to make sure all surface meet with our products standard.
If need Food Safe Oiled finish , we will just follow client's requests to process accordingly.
