Product Introduction.
VHPS sterilizer is an equipment that forms hydrogen peroxide steam from H2O2 solution(i.e. hydrogen peroxide) through vaporizer,and then transmits it to the space to be sterilized through pipeline for biological decontamination. It is widely used for room temperature sterilization of confined space, including transfer tank,filing machine,freeze-drying machine, isolator,clean room, and other places.

Technical Features.

High-precision flash temperature control technology and high-precision temperature control ensure that hydrogen peroxide will not decompose during evaporation and improve the sterilization efficiency of hydrogen peroxide.
Efficient biological decontamination capacity: due to the large air supply volume,the vaporized
VHP can be quickly sent into the space,so that the VHp can spread rapidly in the space,with short sterilization time and high sterilization efficiency. Unique residue removal function: the hydrogen peroxide remover can quickly reduce hydrogen
peroxide steam to water and oxygen,with short residue removal time and high efficiency.
Computerized validation software records the changes of VHP concentration,flash temperature, temperature and humidity parameters, hydrogen peroxide weight and other parameters in the sterilization process to form a report.
