JUHE conveyor ultrasonic cleaner series is equipped with SUS304 stainless steel mesh belt driven by a variable-frequency speed regulation motor and the transmission speed is controlled by a frequency converter (adjustable from 0 to 5 m/min). , suitable for effectively cleaning of mass produced parts, often uniform, to be cleaned efficiently and repeatedly.As the ultrasonic waves penetrate inside, it helps move away the heavy grease to get better cleaning effects and improve the cleaning efficiency. Typically conveyor washers have automated water pump spray rinsing and hot air drying steps. With these functions, your aluminum parts will be critically cleaned and dried thoroughly.
