3. If the goods doesn't require customization, we can typically finish the shipment in around 5 working days.
4. You can make an initial payment of 70% if the product is customized when the total cost exceeds $10,000. Just finalize the balance payment once we complete manufacturing and get your team's approval, then we'll set up delivery.
5. When your items are in production, we will ask our QC to check the quality overall. Same as the samples, if the sample need to be adjusted after completion, we will reproduce it till you are satisfied.
6. After manufacture, the products will be delivered to our warehouse where our QC staff performs double quality check before packing and shipping. Regarding delivery, we will do as you request, if you sell on Amazon, we support sending to your Amazon warehouse to save you time and money.
7. As soon as you receive the goods, please inspect them thoroughly. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.
