Antistatic tiles are also called: direct-laid antistatic floor tiles.
They are laid with special antistatic tile adhesive, conductive copper foil, and antistatic caulking agent to form a stable and reliable antistatic flooring system.

Preparation before construction
1.Floor laying should be carried out after the indoor civil construction and decoration construction are completed;
2.Before laying the floor, the ground should be kept flat, dry, free of debris and dust;
3.Before laying, it should be ensured that the laying under the floor (cables, circuits, waterways, air and other pipelines and air conditioning systems) has been completed;
4.Before laying the floor, the base of heavy equipment should be fixed and the equipment should be installed on the base. The base height should be consistent with the height of the finished surface of the floor;
5.The construction site of anti-static floor laying should be equipped with 220V/50Hz power supply and water source;
6.Construction tools to be prepared: professional cutting saw, pistol drill, hand grinder, laser level, bubble level, tape measure, ink line, plate suction device, nut adjustment wrench, cross screw, etc.
Construction steps
1.Carefully check the flatness of the ground and the verticality of the wall. If major defects or local modifications are found, construction should be stopped immediately;
2.Draw a horizontal line and use a chalk line to mark the floor installation height on the wall to ensure that the floor after laying is on the same horizontal plane. Measure the length and width of the room, and select the laying reference position. Pop up the grid line of the installation bracket on the ground to reduce the cutting of the floor;
3. Adjust the bracket to be installed to the same required height and place the bracket at the cross intersection of the ground grid line;
4.Fix the beam to the bracket with screws, and use a level ruler and a square ruler to correct the beams one by one so that they are on the same plane and perpendicular to each other;
5.Use a suction board to place the floor on the assembled beam;
6.If the remaining size of the wall is smaller than the length of the floor itself, the floor can be cut and patched;
7.When laying the floor, use a bubble level to level each piece, and the height of the floor is adjusted by an adjustable support;
8.When placing heavy equipment in the machine room, a bracket should be installed under the floor of the equipment base to prevent the floor from deforming;
9.When the mobile floor needs to be cut or opened, a φ6~φ8 stop hole should be drilled with an electric drill at the concave corner of the opening to avoid veneer fracture.
Acceptance
1.After the installation, the movable floor must be silent and swing-free when walking, and it must be firm.
2.The surface must be clean, the pattern must be clear, the color must be uniform, the joints must be even, the edges must be straight, and the panels must not have cracks, corners falling off, or edges missing.
3.The materials and dimensions of the edging at the adjacent parts of various surface layers must meet the design requirements and construction specifications, and the edges and corners must be neat and smooth.
