a) "Power switch": After the power wiring is installed, this switch can supply power to the placement machine.

c) "The computer starts: When the power is on, click this switch, the computer will start, the display has a signal, and finally two cross screens will be displayed: the left camera is displayed on the left screen, and the right camera is displayed on the right screen.
d) "Up/Down switch": When changing different sizes of plate rollers, operate this switch to increase or decrease the distance between the plate roller and the lens, and stop after the display is clear.


A. Cone top cylinder: After the plate roller is put in place, this cylinder moves and the cone head moves forward to withstand the plate roller bearing position.
B. Compression cylinder: This cylinder acts to compress the plate roller before the plate is
pasted. After observing the position of the plate on the display screen to meet the requirements, release the cylinder.

2.Fine-tuning of definition: If adjusting the "up/down switch" plate roller screen is still not clear enough, you can adjust this
"definition fine-tuning screw"


3. Adjusting lever: After adjusting the definition of the plate roller, then adjust the parallelism of the left and right layouts:
the cross on the display should be aligned with the engraved line on the plate roller. If there is a deviation, you can turn this
adjustment lever to reach the left and right engraved lines of the plate roller at the cross. Inside.


4. Governor: The rotation speed of the up/down motor can be adjusted (normally, in digital 6 gears)
