Dongguan Lianzhen Optoelectronics Materials Co., Ltd., established in 2007, is located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It is a very professional manufacturer in the extrusion of various plastic profiles and the design of extrusion moulds with more than ten years experience, passed ISO9001:2015 quality system certification, with about 100 staff and 20 plastic extrusion lines. The extrusion production capacity size can be from 1.5mm to 300mm.
The main raw materials that we use in production is ABS, PC, PMMA, PP, PS, PCTG, PE, TPU, TPV, PVC and so on. All of them is environmental protection material from well-known chemical companies, such as Taiwan 'CHI MEI, Coverstro, Bayer, Mitsubishi, Teijin, BASF, Eastman, Nodic Chemical, Sabic, LG, etc to satisfy clients' requirement about the environmental protection and high quality guarantee.

Our factory has 12 production lines for LED Light lampshade, plastic tube and hardware Case parts, 6 assembling lines of led lights, Japanese brand SMT machine, as well as a batch of optical and environmental test equipment. The daily capacity is 20000pcs for finished lights, 50000pcs for led light parts. And we have passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification in 2008.
