Working principle:
The smoke generated during the production operation is sucked into the mobile welding fume purifier through the suction hood due to the gravitational effect of the fan. It first passes through the first fire barrier at the air inlet of the purifier, which can remove large particles and spark particles produced by grinding. Separation and interception, the preliminarily filtered smoke and dust pass through the filter protection plate to further block particles and residual sparks, and the filtered smoke and dust enter the main filter core. The main filter core is made of imported anti-static coated polyester fiber material, and the filtration efficiency reaches 99.9%. The purified gas is further purified by activated carbon filter cotton and then discharged through the air outlet up to the standard.
