HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
Customization Service Process
A tried-and-true process is the key to ensuring top-notch product quality.
1. You provide a design sketch and requirements or share concept. We'll create a detailed tech pack for your approval, specifying the MOQ and the initial sample cost (refundable if the order reaches our MOQ). If you already have a sample, to step 4.
2. You Confirm the tech pack and pay the sample fee.
3. We craft the sample as the approved design tech pack and send it for your approval.
4. Review the sample details to define the final version of the bag. This includes considerations for color, material, function, quantity inspection checking list, packaging, etc. The final unit price of the bag will be provided at this step.
5. After sample approval, we'll send you a Invoice (PI) for confirmation and deposit payment.
6. Regarding the LOGO, we can create the tooling for you if necessary, but it requires a tool fee and has a minimum order
quantity (MOQ).
Please note that designs from customers are kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party. They remain securely protected as a trade secret. We will sign NDA with you.
