The sauna kit is ready to use right out of the box. The sauna takes about 5-10 minutes to set up fully. Distilled or purified
water is then poured into the steam device chamber, and within 10 minutes, steam begins flowing from the chamber into the insulated tent. Now, it's time to step into your personal oasis and experience the unparalleled benefits of heat therapy.

How hot does it get?
Our Sauna can heat up internally to 115°F - 120ºF with nearly 100% humidity it reaches similar effects as a 160° dry sauna.
