1. What's your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 500pcs model with white box or box package. We can accept 100-200pcs quantity for some items on your trial order.

2. How can I get samples?
We're glad to send clients free samples for your evaluation, but a little sample charge for your logo printed . Samples charge can reimburse when order is up to certain quantity. Samples will arrive your address in around 5 days.

3.What is your payment terms?
a, For small orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid before shipment.
b, For normal orders: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance paid against copy of B/L.

4.What is your delivery time?
Normally our delivery time is 30 days after deposit confirmed. Some of our items are with around 15 or 45 days lead time.

5.Do you accept OEM&ODM order?
a.OEM, we're able to do OEM silk-screen or laser logo on items and produce your custom design box.
b.ODM, we're capable to open molds for new items. Each year we open new molds for 2-5 new projects.

6.What format of the file do you need if you want own logo design?
We have our own good designer. So you can provide AI, cdr or PDF, etc.

7.Can your product pass any certifications?
Yes, most of our products can pass CE and LFGB certificates.
