1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please let me know how many piece you need, andwe can calculate the cost correspondingly.

2. Can I get samples?
Sure! We usually provide existing sample for free, but customized sample need to be in charge.
Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity. Samples usually will be delivered by UPS, DHL, FEDEX or TNTunder your ID account or by collected, or we can prepay the cost for you, you could pay for us on this website as buying a sampleway.

3. How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it will takes 15 days, and samples are free. But if you want your own designs, for screen printing or new colors etc, it will take 5-7 days.

4. How long is the production time ?
It takes around 20- 30 working days for MOQ, our capacity is 50000 pcs per days, so we can ensure the fast delivery time for large orders.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Usually need AI or PDF version to make a clear and beautiful logos or printings; for mould opening products, we can make 3D drawings for you for free as long as the project was confirmed.

6. How many colors are available ?
We match colors with Pantone -FORMULA GUIDE -Solid Coated , so you could tell us the Pantone number as you need; or we canrecommend the popular colors to you if you don’t know how to choose the colors.

7. What kind of certificate do you have?
We are the factory passed BSCI, ISO9001 etc ; our products are LFGB approved, we can supplier the E-certificates for you if necessary.

8. What is your payment terms ?
Normally, T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L , or L/C at sight.
