Ore Processing Equipment Shaking table is also called table concentrator, is a mineral separation device for fine minerals working by gravity. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals, widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum-Niobium, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Rutile, ilmenite, coal etc, can be separation all ore which have enough big specific gravity difference. E-waste and copper wire material also can use this shaking table.
The range of effective separating particle size of shaking table is 0.02-2mm.
The working principle of shaking Table is separate the heavy material from light material by using their different proportion & specific gravity, under the effect of gravity, the minerals will divide into the ore concentrate, the middling and the tailing.
The prominent advantage of ore shaking table is precise separation. The enrichment ratio of concentrate is very good, up to 95% high recovery ratio for kinds of heavy minerals.
Shaking Table Main Material:
The decks are constructed of steel framework and covered 16mm fiberglass and emery, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition.
