A：Pls kindly check with our sales team the price and shipping cost to your country, after we reach an agreement, our sales team will initiate the order via alibaba or make a PI. after receiving your payment, we will arrange production and delivery for you. After you receive the goods, pls kindly confirm from alibaba that you received them. only after this can we get the payment of this order.
2.Q: I have my own design and brand, can you produce for me? Can you do OEM and ODM?
A: Yes we can accept both OEM and ODM. We have the capabilities to develop your own products and meat all your requirement. Meanwhile we have professional designers & sample maker team can supply various designs, custom packaging, custom brand logo, instruction as well as the washing label!
3. Q: Shipping Method and Shipping Time
There are basically 4 types of shipping methods. Below pls find the details.
1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area.
2. By air to your door
3. By sea to your door
4. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port.
5. By sea port to port: about 20-35days
6. Shipping agent appointed by clients.

1. We have our QC to check all products from each workshop. Each of our workers have a reference number. We can easily find out who is responsible for which product.
