Canine Herpesvirus (CHV) Detection Kit(Real-Time PCR Method)
Canine Herpesvirus (CHV) is a highly contagious, serious and fatal disease in puppies (under 3 weeks old). Clinically, it is characterized by respiratory catarrhal inflammation, pulmonary edema, systemic lymphadenitis and increased body cavity exudate. Female dogs are characterized by abortion and reproductive disorders. Most adult dogs are latently infected.
This kit is suitable for detecting the DNA of canine herpesvirus (CHV) in the stomach, spleen, lung, liver and other solid organs of puppies, or in the upper respiratory tract and vaginal mucosa of recovered dogs and adult dogs, and is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis of canine herpesvirus (CHV)
Product Principle
This kit uses TaqMan probe real-time fluorescence PCR technology, designs a pair of primers specific to the conserved region of canine herpesvirus, and combines a specific probe to amplify and detect the DNA of the conserved region of canine herpesvirus in vitro by fluorescence PCR technology, which is used for the etiological diagnosis of suspected infected materials in clinic.
