Product Description
This production line is suitable for cutting SPC , WPC floor sheet in large quantities, continuously, and receiving fully automatic operation by using molding tool die.
1.PLC touch screen program control,it has two kinds of cutting die setting mode(automatic and manual)to choose for cutting.
2.Special PU belt driving with servo motor,supplemented by skew roller continuous feeding device and feed inlet intelligent positioning device.
3.Equipped with automatic loading & automatic stacking machine , it can save labors .
4.Front and black photoelectic control device,which can protect the high safety of the operators.
5.Equipped with 15 meter long oven , it will heat hard WPC or SPC floor in advance before cutting . it is much helpful to cut hard and thicker floor .
6.Signal warning light can color-separation display the different current working state of the machine.
7.Special oil cooler and separate external oil tank ,which can effectively reduce the temperature of hydraulic oil.
8.Equipped with cutting die sliding table,which can send the cutting die to the bottom of the upper cutting board quickly and safely(upper cutting board can be treated with hole punching to install the cutting die in advance)
9. the machine can cut SPC and WPC floor into long planks , it also press the WPC SPC foam floor planks edges while the machine is cutting .
