Title goes here.
By using internal molds, all Cellos are made in exactly the same way as a traditional Italian Cello. For example, inside the
Cello body, all instruments feature a complete set of shaped conner wood structure, with a set of shaped lining, and the
meticulously polished smooth bass bar. These strict adherence to traditional craftsmanship gives the Cellos a good structural
strength and a guaranteed sound quality.

Precise Assembly
Cello assembly has a significant impact on the instrument quality, which is often overlooked by many manufacturers. A good
assembly can not only enhance the sound of the violin, but also increase the playability. All of Cellos follow strict
assembly measurements requirements, which allows our customers to receive the instrument in its best condition. In our assembly
process, we will always make sure bridges are cut nicely to the desired thickness, fitted perfectly tight on the top plate. Some
of check point also includes: the effective string length, fretboard projection height, clean and smooth peg holes and etc.

Varnish
All of the varnish we use come from traditional recipes for cellos making, and we offer our customers a wide range of options in terms of varnish color, texture, and even the technique to apply the varnish. For student-level instruments, while ensuring the light perception and color, we also pay special attention to the firmness and durability of the varnish surface, which provides great convenience for repair in rental programs.
Not only do you have a wider color choice in our advanced level violins, but we also offer oil-based varnish and antique style for customization. These advanced varnish processes are time-consuming, but will give the instrument a richer tone and truly appealing texture.

Quality Management System
Good products are produced through a strict quality management system. In different component manufacture departments, we have clear quality acceptance criteria for the part products to ensure that each component meets the specifications before the final assembly of the violin. This quality management system brings us high quality consistency and stability for our instruments.

F-holes: Perfectly cylindrical f-holes cut at right angle to the top arching, with smooth lining and sharp notches.
Purfling:even and smooth purfling, the inlay joins seamlessly at the bee sting.

Scroll:The volute's curves are smooth and well-defined. The wood's surface is sanded to a fine, silky smoothness before being treated with varnish.
Edge work: Italian style, merge naturally with the plate arching.

Bridge cut: bridge is smoothly cut and well-polished, with no rough spots. The string notches distribute evenly.
Inside violin body: Clean and well-constructed, no marks in side.

Classification of Wood Grades
AAA: Nice and even flame extends all the way to the edge of the maple back, matching with a straight and even grained spruce top.

A: Nice flamed back with an equally nice spruce top, the flames are not as complete as the AAA, in many cases it tends to fade away when reaching the edge of the wood, but still, a very pleasant visual appearance by any standard

B: Either less flame or the flames are weak, they just don't pop out as you would expect from the higher levels. However, it is favored for its natural appearance.

C: There are still flames in this grade, but the patterns may not be as perfect. It is considered to be ideal for student instrument, since it has the best cost-effectiveness.

D: Weak flame maple. Only used for entry level student instrument.
