Q: How long can I get the feeback after we send the enquiry?
A: We will reply you within 2 hours in working day, within 12 hours in weekend and holiday.
Q: How can I get some samples?
A: New clients are expected to pay for the samples and courier cost, the samples cost is refundable when place the bulk order.
B: For cooperating customers, the samples are free for you, but the courier cost will be bear by your side.
Q:Are you factory?
A: Yes, we are factory. We have great advantage on furniture with particle board, mdf board or solid wood materials.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority! Every process is under strict quality control.

A: Normally 25~45 days after order confirmation, final delivery date is subject to production season and order quantity.

A: Usually 30% deposit T/T in advance, 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight, D/P at sight.

If you need to order samples to check the quality, there is a sample fee and shipping fee, we will start the sample after

We can accept two-color logos printed on the main carton for free, and barcode stickers can also be accepted. There is an
additional charge for colored labels. Logo printing is not available for small batch production.
