Answer:We used to send technician to install machine for customer before. But now due to the COVID-19 virus, it’s very difficult for us to go abroad. However, for all our machines, we have specific manuals and explanation videos to follow and install the machine.Every customer we also have one special wechat/ whatsapp group chat with technician inside to offer all necessary help on line.
3.What will happen if the machine does not work?
