Spiral classifier
Spiral classifier is one of the equipment of mineral processing, spiral classifier with the help of solid particles of different specific gravity, and thus the principle of different precipitation speed in the liquid, a mechanical classification equipment. It can filter the material powder from the mill, and then use the spiral piece rotor to spin the coarse material into the mill inlet, and discharge the filtered fine material from the overflow pipe. Mineral spiral classifier are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed-circuit with Ball mill in mining processing, in order to get a certain degree fineness of ore particles, meanwhile increasing the efficiency of grinding. This machine can also be used to washed sand classify ore sand and play other functions.
Product Structure
Spiral classifier is with the help of solid particles of different sizes, different specific gravity, and thus the principle of different settling speeds in the liquid, fine particles floating in the water into the overflow out of the coarse particles sunk to the bottom of the tank. By the spiral pushed to the upper discharge, to carry out mechanical classification of a classification equipment, can be ground out of the mill material powder level in the filtration, and then the coarse material using the spiral piece of rotary vane spinning into the mill inlet, the filtered out of the fine material from the overflow pipe discharge. The base of the machine is made of channel steel and the body is welded by steel plate.
