2.How can I get the samples?
For new design, please tell us your idea in detail and we will make the sample as per your requests. For available item, sample can be free but shipping cost is borne by buyer.
3.What's your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 300pcs per model, 100pcs per color/size at least.
4.Can I make my brand logo on the products?
We are OEM manufacturer. Customize your brand logo on the straps, lenses or package is available.Please give us your brand logo graphic, so we could make the drawing for your approval.
5.What's the payment term?
Full payment for sample order, 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance payment before shipping for bulk order. If other payment issue like L/C can also be negotiated.
6.What's the delivery time?
For common samle order, about 5-7 days.
For customized sample order, about 8-15 days.
For bulk order (below 5000pcs), about 30-45 days.
For bulk order (above 5000pcs), about 45-60 days
7.Could you make the mold based on our 3D file?
Sure, we offer mold making service. Please give us your 3D file or rough drawing, then we will make a helmet prototype for your confirmation. After everything is confirmed, we will move on mold making, which takes about 30-40 days.
8. How long is your warrenty?
5 years warrenty for PC/ABS Shell + EPS material of normal use.
3 years warrenty for other helmet accessories such as strap, adjuster, lining, etc
9. What's your shipping term?
For sample order, DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS etc all is available.
For bulk order, shipping terms issue can be negotiated.
