Q1: Where and how can I get a quote?

A1: We check emails every day. So the best way to contact us is to send emails with all your requirements, and 3D files or samples’ picture with dimensions indicated. Reply will be sent within 2 days. Thank you.

 

 

Q2: What Files Format should I send?

A2: STP/STEP or IGS/IGES or X_T. If not available, send whatever you have to get a general idea of what you are looking to make.

 

 

Q3: What's the payment way and payment terms?

A3: T/T Bank Transfer for big amounts, Western Union or Paypal for small amounts. We accept 50% as payment deposit, and when the mold is finished, we do mold test and have a few samples sent by express like DHL, Fedex, etc.

 

Q4: How to deliver the goods?

A4: After the parts are finished, we will pack and send detailed packing list with carton sizes and gross weight. And then, we suggest the most cost-effective shipping way. At the same time, we provide shipping quotes from our forwarder for you to choose.

 

 

Q5: Can we get some samples before mass production?

A5: Absolutely yes. After the mold is finished, we do mold test and have a few samples sent by express, at our expense.

 

 

Q6: Will my drawings be confidential?

A6: Yes, we can sign NNN or NDA before you share drawings to us. We never disclose our customer’s drawings.

 

 

Q7: Can I own the molds?

A7: Yes, sure. After you pay the molds, you have the sole ownership of the molds. And you can ship them anywhere you want.
