A: Sure, but only for the first order.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Our production time needs 30 workdays, customization need 2 weeks more.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for trial order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: By sea, generally needs 30 days. Airline and international express are optional, but expensive.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: – Confirm the order details with our sales.
– You pay the deposit according to our proforma invoice.
– We arrange production once receive your deposit.
– After the production finished, we will arrange shipping and take photos to confirm as well.
– You pay the balance after the items shipped on board, according to the copy of B/L.

A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty for our products.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A: – All of our products are inspected by our QRA(quality reliability assurance)
– Before delivery, we will take photos to you. If there is any problem, we can fix right now.
– For defective batch products, according to the situation, we will consider recalling to repair or
make the compensation for the lost.
