A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me)> confirm to order and pay mould cost (you)> Create artwork (me)> Approval (you)>full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me).
Q3: What's MOQ of your product?
A3: No MOQ. We do know some people just need only a few, customize and special orders, we can meet and pleased with them.
Q4: Can I get a product sample?
A4: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q5: I'd like to know the specific delivery process.
A5: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q6: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A6: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
Q7: Do I need to pay the mold fee again when we purchase the same design again?
A7: We just charge only one mold fee in 3 years, for we stock the molds in 3 years for free.
Q8: I received, but it's wrong, how could I do?
A8-1: If you provide wrong info and confirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford to re-make them.
A8-2: If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re- make for you freely.
