Main Feature
WMP series wet mix macadam plant is equipped with our patent vibration mixer. Vibration mixer, shattering agglomeration of cement,aggregate and soil, homogenizing all material evenly, helps to prevent finished mixture from segregation
“Click to supplement” patent technology has been adopted to ensure the dynamic weighing accuracy to±1%
Vibration mixing make cement fully hydrate with water. Cement-hydrate and fine aggregate wrap coarse aggregate and forming stable structure that help to increase road service time.
Under same recipe and batching, strength of WMM (stabilized soil) mixtures under vibration mixing is 20% higher than common twin-shaft mixer. High strength WMM mixture help to enhance base layer and reduce cracks on pavement.
Vibration mixing can shatter all material completely and make full use of them. Utilization rate of cement, additives and other material are higher. In the premise of quality and performance, it reduces cement consumption by 8%.
To meet demand for high and ultra-high performance WMM, VIBMIX uses two vibration mixer working together on one plant. Material are mixed twice in a short time, thus performance of finished WMM mixture are improvement significantly.
Equipped with touch screen, micro computer, two sets of operation systems, three working patterns(manual operation, semi-automatic operation,automatic pattern) to make the system perform reliably.
The pneumatic conveying unit that obtained the national patent has been used to weigh and convey additive, thus totally avoid producing bad quality concrete due to the inappropriate admixture amounts.
