Q1:What’s your company type?
A1：We are a factory as well as a trading company which is specialized in all
kinds of paint tools, such as paint brushes, paint rollers, plastic paint trays, extension poles and other related products.
Q2:Where is your factory?
A2：Our factory is located in Lanxi, Zhejiang Province, China.
Distance from Hangzhou to our factory: one hour by high speed railway.
Distance from Shanghai to our factory: two hours by high speed railway.
The nearest airport: Yiwu airport and Hangzhou Xiaoshan international airport.
Q3:What’s your terms of payment?
A3：We always accept T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
If it is small order(under 1000USD), Western Union and PayPal are
acceptable. If it is a big order( over 100,000USD), L/C at sight is
acceptable.
Q4:What’s your delivery time?
A4：It’s always 25-45 days according to the quantity of order and detail
of your product.
Q5:Do you accept customer design products?
A5：Yes, we support OEM.
Q6:What about the package of your products?
A6：As requirements of customers, we can provide different package.
For instance, POF polybag packing, PVC bag packing, PE shrinking packing, color printed box packing, etc.

carton.
2）About shipping: We ship goods by sea, land or air. Mostly ship full container,
if order quantity less then container, we can accept consolidation with
other items or ship in LCL, freight will be checked according to quantity.
