Hot Melt is used for covering the exposed sides of materials, such as fiberboard particle board, or MDF, plywood, core-board, and fireproofing board etc. It widely binding with different materials like PVC, Acrylic, ABS, Batten etc. It is applicable for large full-automatic linear edge banding machine.

How to choose?
Quality Test
Package
Suggestions:
•It should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive.
•The cover of glue tank should be colsed lest the adhesive might be polluted.
•If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down.
•The environmental temperature shall be above 15ºC.
Safety:
•Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot. Keep plant ventilative and forbid any fire.
•Consult MSDS and read "Cautions" before used.
Note:
•When hot melt adhesives are melted and applied, vapours are set free and an unpleasant odour can occur, even if the recommended working temperature has been observed. Moreover if the prescribed working temperature is exceeded over a longer period, harmful decomposition products can develop. Precautions should be taken to eliminate the vapours.
E.g. By using a suitable ventilation system.
