A3.Standard samples are free, but customized samples will be charged with reasonable cost and the freight are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express fee. Please be rest assured of that.

A4.Yes, as the manufacturer, we can open mould to produce any acoustic panel products according to your sample or drawing.
