Working Principle

This series of vibrating screen do circular motion, it is a new multi-layer, high-efficient vibrating screen. Trommel screen uses the eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude. Long materials streaming line, different screening specifications, it is with reliable structure, strong vibrating force, and high screening efficiency, low noise, durable, easy maintenance, use safety, etc. The vibrating screen widely used in mining, building materials, transportation, energy and chemical industry for product classification.

Main Features

1.10T/h to 300T/h heavy duty gold wash plants designed according to clients individual mining situation.
2.Hopper with grizzly to block out the big size rocks.
3. Belt conveying system available if required.
4. Separating system could be equipped with clay scrubber, gold trommel or vibrating screen according to different mining situations.
5. Gold recovery system could be equipped with belt chute, centrifugal concentrators sluice box with gold mat, shaking sluice, etc. to ensure highest recovery rate.
6. Power system could be equipped with diesel engine or diesel generator.
7. Stationary or mobile type up to your choice.
