Product Description




The belt pumping unit is a sturdy vertical triangular structure that uses a gear reducer to drive the upper and lower sprockets as well as the internal traverse mechanism. The mechanism moves vertically and horizontally to drive the weight box up and down in the tower. The distribution box is connected to the heavy duty belt, and the other side of the belt is connected to the rod lifting power system.
Belt pumping units provide longer and slower strokes, reducing the number of pump cycles, resulting in higher pump fill rates per stroke and higher volumetric efficiency.
