Single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a high-performance hydraulic cone crusher that integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, intelligent control and other technologies. It's usually used in the secondary crushing, to get medium size, fine size, or ultra-fine size final materials. Working principle: The motor drives the horizontal transmission shaft to rotate through the V-belt, the horizontal transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the bevel gear, and the moving cone makes a swing motion driven by the eccentric sleeve. When material enters the crushing cavity, it is continuously impacted, squeezed and crushed between the mantle and concave. The final material is discharged by the bottom of machine.
